FORMULATION:
Each mL contains:
Paracetamol I.P.-150mg
DOSAGE
INTRAMUSCULAR
Adults and children 10 yrs. above 2 to 3 mL
Children up to 10 yrs old: 1to 2mL.
Depending on severity of case, dose may be repeated after 4 hours
until temperature returns to normal, or as prescribed by the physician.

Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C

INDICATIONS:
Pyrexia of unknown origin and for symptomatic relief of fever and pain associated with common childhood disorders, tonsillitis, upper respiratory tract infections, post immunization reactions, after tonsillectomy and other conditions where patient is unable to take oral medications but where PARACETAMOL-AEKNIL can be administered with advantage. For the prevention of febrile convulsion.

PRECAUTION:
PARACETAMOL should be given with care to patients with impaired kidney or liver function.
CAUTION:
Foods, Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics Act prohibits dispensing without prescription.
WARNING:
Contains Sodium sulfite. A suulfite that may cause allergic type reactions including anaphylactic symptoms and life threatening or less severe asthmatic episodes in certain susceptible persons. Contains benzyl alcohol; should not be administered to new born babies and infants.
